Accidentally deleted voice memos app

Yep. I did it, somehow as I was opening voice memos I literally deleted the whole ******* app. One year’s worth of work, ideas etc gone.

I’m a musician so it was everything from completely written and arranged songs to demos to jam sessions, riffs, all kinds of stuff.

no back up on cloud

my question is is there any way or anywhere this **** still exists or is it back to the drawing board?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks
