Apple deleted my voice memos app and all my (100’s) of voice memos are gone?! How do I get them back? Do I have to do a whole restore just to get them back? I backed up my phone to ICloud 5 days ago but will I lose all the recent stuff on my phone? Besides all my downloaded books, library materials etc. Etc.
If you've deleted the app (only someone with the actual phone can delete it, Apple didn't remotely delete it) you can restore to your backup - and yes, restoring to a backup will replace all content on the phone, so it will go back (roughly) to how it was at the time of the backup.
