Regarding earphone
I have Iphone 11 with iOS 13.4. When I connect earphone, voice is coming from phone speakers instead of earphone. Please help me.

Then see:
If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If no help, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select headphones
