I have ipad problems to invite to groupcalls via facetime. Works perfectly via iphone, but not via ipad

No, it does not work. It works fine when connecting only one participant. But as soon as I try to connect more it does not work.
it just says wait, but the participants are never called up and then it is getting timed out

Try updating to iPadOS 13.4 to see if it resolves your problem.
