Email address suggestion issue

Hello,

I got an issue with the suggestion whenever I try to input the email address where requires.

It always suggests the email (as in the screenshot) which is not my Apple ID email address I’m using with my iPhone now. That was my previous email I registered Apple ID on my old iPhone.

Your kind advice is highly appreciated. Thank you so much.
