Is there a way to hyperlink to an iCloud contact?

I am trying to figure out if there is a good way within Apple Contacts to link out to a specific contact? I haven't found anything thus far that indicates this is possible. For example: if I have a contact management document that's accessible by certain people, I would like to be able to create a link that I can include directly within that document that would take someone out to an Apple contact. This would make the Contacts feature much more robust and helpful if there's a way to do this. Currently I only see the very Apple-specific capabilities of being able to share via iMessage, Mail app, Airdrop, or Notes.

Apple's Contacts is as secure as any other Apple data.

What you want is not a typical Apple feature.
