IPad has one email address as apple ID but forgot password and can't reset

ipad has one email address linked to main apple id which is a different email address. I am trying to reset password on the ipad and it seems I forgot the password for that device and it won't accept password from main email. Having a lot of difficulty trying to reset it. Appreciate any help.

Reset iPad while it still stuck with old email and I forgot the password I have forgot my Apple ID password bec someone else has setup for me. I have tried to reset the ID password but it doesn’t go through cause the phone number was wrong so I tried to reset the iPad through iTunes. Yet I end up stuck on the setup screen cause the email still there. What can I do? To make the iPad new or reset the password as they ask me to wait 21 days after I try to change the phone number.

iPad I have an iPad connected with a different account. We don't have access to the email its set up with and there is no way to get the access. We've tried to connect it with the phone number that it has connected but it will only change the password to the phone not the iPad. Is there anyway to reset the password without a phone number or email?
