App Freezing on iPhone

hello everyone !

i’ve recently experiencing new Problem with my iPhone After upgrading to ios 13 ! I know my iPhone is old but this problem is kinda weird because I’ve tested other iPhone 6s on iOS 13 and they never had this problem !

actually every time that i open Specific apps like Telegram and whatsapp and start chatting, my whole iPhone Gets Frozen ! The only thing that i can do is pressing home button and go to home screen ! Every other apps will be crashed ... after seconds it gets fixed but sometimes later this thing happens again ! Over and over ... is there anyway to fix this ??
