Payment details query

I lost my debit card and got a new one. The old one no longer works and was linked to my apple ID. When I go to update my payment details it says there is a problem and to come back later. I’ve been getting this message for a few days now. Is there another way I can update my payment details?

Some things you can try you want. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
