I forgot my security questions and I have the account me.com...blocked

I have not activated two-factor authentication I have the password but my id is locked how can I do?

for me is very important email address and I don't want to lose it.

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.


If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although I’m not sure they will be able to help.
