My Macbook Pro 16" is crashing while its at sleep, when it's getting charged. Can someone please help me with this issue.

Did you get the issue fixed? My 16 inch is doing the same thing

I just did the new Catalina update but the error is still there.

Owning MacBook Pro 16 for three days - very disappointing.

No fix yet even with the latest Catalina update. But i'm glad i'm not the only one and it has happened to two MBP 16s already

Similar configuration: macbook pro 16", Radeon Pro 5500M, dies with this panic when asleep and connected to power.

Same here. Brand new over $3500 and won’t even start now. WTF. Been on hold with Apple for 25 minutes.

I sent my computer in to Apple three different times to try and fix the problem and they can assure me that it is not hardware related because they ran three different hardware test

Is your problem still happening. my story and your story are exactly identical in regards to having to get the touch ID and logic board repaired. Do you think it could be our faulty chargers?

That’s exactly the course of action I’m going to take.

I did this and so far >30 days with no issues.
