kernel panic issues

My MacBook Pro 13" 2020 keeps crashing with the report saying kernel panic.

Here is the report i get

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff800d29097c): Sleep transition timed out after 180 seconds while calling power state change callbacks. Suspected bundle: com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily. Thread 0x14fb9.
