Transfer files from 2008 Mac to 2017 Mac

For the last 12 years we’ve had a 2008 iMac which isn’t Bluetooth capable and is not able to connect to iCloud. Now we have upgraded to a 2017 iMac. I would like to transfer only the music and photos from the old desk top to the new. How can i do this without icloud? Thank you
