Hi, I have a new MacBook Air that I have already set up. How can I transfer my music and photos from my old windows PC. I have tried the migration assistant but it wants me to set up a new user on my MacBook and I really want the files in the MacBook profile ai have already set up. Can it be done? Thanks

If they are both on a network, you can simply enable file
sharing on your PC, connect to it with the Mac, and simply drag
and drop to where you want them.
Alternatively, copy the files you want to an external HDD from the PC
and then connect the HDD the Mac and just drag and drop.
