Apple Pay instant transfer to debit card isn’t working

I’m trying to use the new instant transfer to debit card feature that came with the new update but it’s telling me to add a card when I already have one registered and I can’t transfer money to the card. I get as far as re-entering my debit card info again only for it to tell me that the card is already added and can’t move on to the actual transfer. I have a master card
