Can't reinstall iTunes

Hi all

I'm currently experiencing a nasty issue when trying to re-install iTunes on my PC (Win 10)

I've uninstalled it as I was experiencing too many freezes and glitches and I wanted to install it from zero.

Now when I launch the installer I get the following error message:

"This installation cannot directly upgrade the version of iPod software found on this computer. Please uninstall the iPod software and try again."

The installer then shuts down and I can't continue.

I've looked in the Apps&Features for this "iPod software" and EVERYWHERE else on my computer but cannot find it for the life of me.

Please help!!
