Whenever I try to enter text the only keyboard I see is a small icon in the lower right side of the screen - there is a down symbol below the icon - tapping/swiping on the icon does nothing - have tried a hard reset, also made sure that it was not linking via bluetooth to my imac keynoard.
any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks for your reply -I fooled around in "Settings" and managed to correct the condition (Not sure exactly what I turned off to make it display correctly - but in any case, all is good. ). Thanks for your help and stay safe!
