Bluetooth trackpad with macbook pro

the bluetooth trackpad jumps to left when utilizing in some applications like mail and excel. sometimes even messages.

i have used a different trackpad and same problem. i have used same settings that i have on macbook with no issues.

Any thoughts?

BT interference? Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support

MTP-specific: If your pointer is jumpy when you use a trackpad, Magic Trackpad, or Magic Mouse - Apple Support.
