So today I got prompted to update my Pro Display XDR so I naturally restarted. Everything seems to be working fine, but I noticed that my color presets were all gone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I'm on 2.2.2 firmware now.
Yes - power down for 30 seconds (while leaving Mac on) and then re-power Pro Display fixed this for me.
Solution: disconnect the power supply from the display for at least 30 seconds. It may also be necessary to restart the computer.
Hi, no, don't power down the MacBook it must still run when you unplug the power from back of pro display! then after 30 seconds plug in again the pro display, wait a few seconds, maybe you have to reboot. but don't power off your Mac!!!
I too am experiencing this issue after updating my firmware to 2.2.2. I powered down my MacBook Pro, disconnected the power from the back of the Pro Display for 30 seconds, and then turned back on the MBP. Still missing any presets.
Same here. I think this happened after the 2.2.2 firmware update.
I have the same problem, asking Apple Support and gave them a sysdiagnose file. But up to now no answer!
