Airpods Battery Drain

I have an airpods 2. My issue with it is that sometimes overnight, the left side my of airpods battery gets drained even when I checked the night before that it was a 100%. This problem only happens to the left AirPod. I usually use only the left one also.. when I watch videos or listen to music.. can that be the cause of this problem? And if possible, is there any solution for this problem?
