help. ever since the OS update, i haven’t been able to open my phone using face ID. tried resetting but it just keeps saying: move iphone a little higher/ move iphone a little lower when i’m trying to catch my face on the first step. it doesn’t even stop saying it even if i’m on focus. then it would go: face ID invalid. help.
