Security question

Hello.



I receved an email that someone used my apple id . I changed my pasword amd now i want to use my id account i can't becouse i have to answer my security question . I did not use this questions so i forgot the answers . Why i can't change this queations and how can i get in into my id account.

Did you use a second Apple ID to sign in here? If not, the Apple ID you are talking about should be working. But assuming you have two Apple IDs, see what this document says:


Security and your Apple ID  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303 “Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”


Among other things, this statement implies that you will be unable to access your Apple ID account to reset your security questions or to take any other actions there..

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.


If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although I’m not sure they will be able to help.
