anyone else experience issue with incoming phone calls that cannot be answered or sent to voicemail but phone will not stop ringing? other functions on phone can be accessed (Safari, etc.) but phone cannot be shut down as normal, and call cannot be answered, but keeps ringing. no access to phone answer screen is presented. have to do a hard restart of the device using Vol Up, Vol Down, and side power button sequence.

thanks. those are steps I was advised to follow after Apple Support chat this morning. just figured someone before me has had this exact problem and already done steps so hoping to see confirmations that it does resolve it.

As you’ve restarted your iPhone, the usual next steps are a backup, wipe, reinstallation of iOS, and a restore, and failing that then contact with Apple Support.
Well, at least we’re all being consistent about our recommendations.
