Hi,
My right AirPod is much quieter than the left. I've tried unpairing them and re pairing (to different devices), and cleaning them.
They've barely been used and show no obvious sign of damage.
Any suggestions?

The normal response for low-volume is to clean them. You might try again:

If no help, try this:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
