Screen Time hijacked my apps

A peculiar thing happened to me. It looks like someone attacked my iPhone Xs through Screen Time or was it the Screen Time itself. After I turned on "share across devices" screen time restricted almost all my apps one by one. Some of them disappeared completely. I wanted to remove all the restrictions. Now there was somehow 10 min usage limit, which I certainly did not put there. A passcode was required to change it. But passcode had also changed somehow and could not be changed like support suggested (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211021). I hadn't changed my passcode. To change my passcode I had to do factory reset. Only after that did I have this opportunity "forgot passcode" and then I was able to change the passcode. Now I was able to remove all restrictions, there was none. But still I could not get all my apps back. I saw them in App Store, but the cloud sign was inactive. It was next day already, so the restrictions should have definitely ended. I had to turn off Screen Time completely to get my apps back. I would like to use this option again, but after such nonsense, I dare not. It took a long time (almost 15 hours in total) to get my phone working properly again. A local apple reseller helped me with that also. They had never met anything like that before

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.

It also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable informations of your iPhone such as Passcode, Password etc with your friends and family members.

I do not share my passcodes with anybody, thats why it's so strange. And why there was still restrictions after I removed them all. In Screen Time there was no restrictions, but I still couldn't get my apps back. I think that this should not be like this normally. I do not know what happened. I do not dare to use screen time ever again.
