Every time I try to call my boyfriend through Siri it says the his name is not in my contacts. When I go to check sure enough it’s there in the exact spelling. It annoying when I’m doing something and need to call at the same time. It works for every other contact in my phone just not his. I don’t understand what the problem could be.

You can associated relationship in the Contacts app.
Now you don't have to say his name, you just say "Hey Siri, call my boyfriend"
Delete his contact and enter it again. See if that helps.
