I have been unable to purchase apps for my ipad

I clicked on the link to buy an app for kindle books and safari message popped up saying the address was not valid. I don’t know what to put in my search bar to get to where I can purchase apps for my ipad air

Make sure your payment info (credit card) have the correct name & address issued by your bank.
