How do I reset my Apple ID password with just my iPad?

So this is unfortunate: my brother was playing around with my Apple ID, and unfortunately as revenge for something I did, he changed my password and forgot what it was. Yes, I was stupid enough to enable phone authentication. Now, I don't have that phone anymore, don't have any other apple devices, don't know my password and I really need some files on that old apple id. I wish I could reset it by email, but nope, apple won't allow that. Also, I have forgotten my security questions on my current apple id, and can't manage it anymore. I can still sign-in with the password, though. When I go to iforgot, it says it doesn't have enough information to reset them for me, which is a bummer. So, is there a way of Apple support manually resetting these things for me?

iPad, iOS 13
