Random number and letters showing up on locked screen on iphone.

Very recently, a set of numbers and text ('14 Sha. 1144AH' ) started showing on the locked screen of my phone, underneath the day and dates.

I have applied updates the phone however it is still persisting - any ideas what it is or or what it means?

figured out, alternative calendars was enabled under 'settings', solved.
