I am trying to set up the LED Flash feature On an iPhone 8 , which was just upgraded to IOS 13.4.1. I have compared the iPhone8’s Accessibility Audio/Visual Settings to a working LED Flash Setting on a iPhone6s and they are set the same. I have hard reset the iPhone8, cleared all memory/history on browsers. Have I missed a step in setting up the the LED Flash setup?

LED flash alerts is a helpful feature to receive your notifications and I'd like to help.
I recommend to temporarily turn off LED Flash for Alerts in Settings > Accessibility, then select Audio/Visual. Then, restart your iPhone and turn the feature back on. Thank you for responding. After doing a reset and not resolving my LED issue, My Sister in law noticed her battery was was at 20% and Charged it over night. Surprisingly, the next morning she received a call and not only did her iPhone ring, but the LED light flashed. I thought the LED Flash issue was resolved, when my sister-in-law law charged her iPhone8’s battery, but the Flash again has stopped working. Her battery now is 100% Charged and when I call it, the LED light does not flash. When it was working, she would receive the audible ringtone and the visual flashes.
In fact, I have an iPhone6s and my flash has stopped working also. I do not know if the LEDflash works in conjunction with a ringtone, but my 6s WOULD be in my pocket and an incoming call audibly ring , vibrate and visually flash and incoming text Messages would alert me with a text alert tone and an LED visual flashes.
