We purchased a new Ipad and one of our guys started to set it up and he does not remember what he put on for a password and the Ipad is disabled. How do I recover the ipad

If the iPad is disabled, you’ll need to follow this procedure:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder, as appropriate).
