We Know Chrome malware, how to remove

Please, someone, provide an updated April 2020 fix for this problem. My computer does not have "profiles" and I can't get to "admin perfs" unless someone explains to me another way BESIDES clicking a button I don't have. I have downloaded malware bytes and it has done nothing. Avast has also done nothing. All older information related to this has become irrelevant and the Apple store is closed. Help?
