Reporting deceptive, fraudulent apps?

When Apple provides no obvious way to report deceptive, even fraudulent behavior by an app, how does a customer report the behavior?

An example is shown below and found at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/recshot-cartoon-effect-collage/id1475454256 In its description, the app implies a “free trial,” but as the screen brag below shows there is nothing free about the app other the absence of charges from Apple to download it. This app has HUNDREDS of negative complaints by customers who were deceived into purchasing the app; a member of my family was deceived by the ad and charged almost $100 before even using it!

Does anyone know a way to complain to Apple about these kinds of deceptive, fraudulent apps?

It’s easy to report issues with your app or media purchases. You’ll have to log into your account, find the app in your Purchases, then tap on Report a Problem.
