FCP library corrupted and unable to save changes.

FCP library got corrupted due to editing project with minimal HD space. The warning that pops up every time I attempt to edit is that the storage location for one or more libraries is no longer available. It then closes the library.

I have tried different things such as deleting the preferences, reinstalling the app, freeing 50GB of space, etc. to no avail. Any suggestions & advice would be appreciated.
