I upgraded to Mojave and now my FCP 10.3.4 will share a project to 720p but not to 1080p. The pop-up says "successfully shared," but it doesn't appear in iTunes or anywhere else in the computer. Where is it? Is it a 64 bit issue? I've got an old 2012 McBook Air.

What are your export settings?
When sharing, click on Settings.
There is a popup at the bottom that may say something like "When done" or similar (the wording has changed in recent versions, I don't recall the exact wording in 10.3.4). Choose "Do Nothing", or "Save only".
When you click "Next..." you will be presented with a standard Save dialog.

How exactly did you export? Which preset? What are the project properties?
You nailed it, Luis. Somehow the settings had changed, very weird. So I set it to Do Nothing" and it rendered at 1080p. And now I know how to direct it to the desktop instead of having to haul it out of iTunes. Thanks very much. If you wanna check it out, here's a short video I just finished.
