I have a game controller that uses that same language. It stopped working after I upgraded to 13.4. It allows mapping buttons for controls. It’s called Shooting Plus V3. It uses a snapshot of the game with buttons present, and the V3 interface allows you to place controller functions on the screenshot buttons. Then the controller executes that function. Too much info most likely, but whatever changed in 13.4 stopped the device from even connecting. Maybe support for mouse and keyboard?

Nevermind :) i really wanted to stick to apple iphones but i need to use my devices for gamming. Tell me what is the point of fastest chipset without gaming opportunities? An average smartphone can run most apps without effort. Gaming smartphones is different story. Btw about tablets, i don’t like them. I don’t just wanna play games with my fingers... i rather preffer smartphone or pc. But for smartphones to play, you need some custom controllers because u can’t really play any games without them. The best way for me is flydigi wasp 2+stingers and my hand on the right side. I don’t really wanna move my screen with co troller sticks that is why i love 3rd party controllers. How awesome is it?? You can customize it anyway you like and even use mouse and keyboard. It is big plus for abit disabled people too but recently not working...

i hope it will work with new ios realise.

I play PUBG on iOS 13.6 with MUJA gamepad and the M+ Assistent app. With this app it is possible for me to drag and place the buttons where ever i want and it keeps working when i’m playing and pressing buttons. But maybe Shootingplus works differently i dont know but the fact that its working means it is possible with the current iOS or maybe i dont get what you mean with accesive touch..?

Yes. The Problem here is not devices. If you connect your device (Gamesir, Ipega or Any other) You will see it is connected well So where is the problem ? It is the app we use, FpsDock for Most Gamesir users, Shooting Plus V3 etc etc. So They need to update the app because Apple updated the APIs now because they have added massive support for Mouse, Keyboards and Gamepads. So they had to get rid of the Old API and now we have a new updated Api. So App developers needs to fix that Asap!

No, unfortunately the M+ app only works with the MUJA gamepads and not with any other controllers.

I had never seen the Gamedevice untill now, i see it works with a lightening plug (or usb for Android) and that you also have to use an app right? But it is still possible to ‘drag and drop’ the buttons in the way you like to play or hoe does is it work since there is no bluetooth mapping app for the Gamedevice. Or am i wrong? Thank you

It arrives today, so I will let you know for sure. From what I understand game vice controllers or Apple certified they work Bluetooth or plug and I don’t think you have to set anything up. I’m not sure about the mapping once I get it set up today I will let you know for sure. If I understand correctly those controllers work just like a normal Xbox or PlayStation controller just for iOS or android.

I’m was only playing a simple controll mobile Game (War Robots) with ps4 Controller, i could only use both sticks and the fire button, so i tried the same with a mappingable Controller called Flydigi Apex. As usual, it doesn’t work! So i called up any support i can contact to solve this problem. The only answer i get is “you need a MFI (made for IOS) Hardware.” Ok, but theres not any mappalble hardware for IOS. Every usefull components to play professional on IOS mobile devices became useless!

I got the Gamevice controller and sent it back. It was probably the nicest IOS controller I’ve used, but you can’t do anything with it. You cannot map on IOS, which I knew but I expected the controller to work with games I’m playing and it only worked for 2 of them maybe. It has a huge list of compatible games just in case you were interested. Last thing I did notice is the trigger buttons didn’t always work right. I was told there was lower compatibility for the triggers though.

Thanks for your feedback and too bad it didnt work out. So the best controller would be one which comes with an app for Bluetooth mapping like Shootingplus or M+ or else there are less possibilities. This morning I saw there was an update for Shootingplus V3 but unfortunately they still didnt make it compatible with iOS 13.4 +

im glad I can use my MUJA gamepad for now but I’m wondering if shootingplus is ever going to make it compatible....

This is the reply I received from shooting v3

Please find the game controller seller

The shooting plus V3 app only helps game controller manufacturers to match

If other game platforms tell you that they have solved IOS 14.0, they are not responsible for cheating you.

For now, apple hasn't changed the compatibility of Bluetooth touch protocol.

What you are told to solve now is not a real solution. He just switched to mouse Bluetooth or MFI.

If you need to, please contact your game controller seller, let the manufacturer inform us to provide mouse Bluetooth protocol support update.

There is only one touch point for mouse Bluetooth protocol, so he has no experience of Bluetooth touch protocol at all.

In fact, the shootingplus V3 app has provided an update to support IOS 14.0, but your equipment manufacturer has not informed us.

Please ask the manufacturer to inform us to put in the update.

Yes it makes no sense at all. Ever since iOS13.4 popped out you get the popup notice that its not compatible with iOS13.4 but Shootingplus also rolled out 3 updates since iOS13.4

like, what the f would you update 3 times when its not even compatible at all? I assume as long as the notice pops up when you open the app it wont work..

maybe if we all spam their CS with e-mails they will try harder to fix it?

Nov 1, 2020 11:40 AM in response to rolls224

So i have been emailing back and forth with Shootingplus V3.

This is the answer i got when i asked if they were EVER going to fix this issue:

YES, but only gamepad has been solved , but the keyboard and mouse can not work temporarily,We are looking for a solution

Than i asked which gamepads had been solved, and which were compatible with iOS 13.4 and higher, this is the answer:

For the time being, we have solved the compatibility of gamepads on iOS13.4 or iOS13.5 or iOS13.6 or iOS14 and above. These gamepads include: PG-9167, PG-9120, PG-9120F, PG-9121, PG-9121A, PG-9083S, PG-9087S, BSP-D1 (G7), M200, STK-7008F1, mingpin-G5, etc. We will support more controllers in the future.

I don't know if anyone here uses one of the game controllers mentioned above?

I am using the Beboncool (Saitake) STK-7007 which is not listed above so I asked if that one was also going to be compatible soon but i didn't get a response yet so i am hoping they will fix ALL the controllers very soon.

Why ios 13.4 does not support the touch screen bluetooth? Why did Apple take this opportunity away? Please return the function back!
