Why ios 13.4 does not support the touch screen bluetooth? Why did Apple take this opportunity away? Please return the function back!

I play games using Bluetooth Controller and i use Shooting Plus V3 in my iPhone

though the App Provider reminds me that IOS 13.4 is no longer capable of Bluetooth function with the Controller .

After a week or more . I never see the notification from the App . So I thought the problem or issue has been solved so I ignored the warning and update my IOS to 13.4 and yeah that’s my mistake , ( guys, is that our mistake ? No , hence Apple should hear us , we beg you please bring back the Touch Function on the next IOS Update .

I’m paralysed and have limited hand use, I use Bluetooth devices to control my iPad and other devices around my house. Apple always STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you keep your Apple devices up to date with the most current iOS for security etc reasons. I have apps written by small organisations who do there best to keep up with Apple. If I upgrade my iOS and find one of the app I RELY on no longer functions I am severely hampered until my app can be rewritten. Previous, but with much difficulty, I have been able to regress to the iOS that worked and continue until my app writers can catch up. I can see no reason why Apple make regression neigh on impossible should someone want or need to do so. I switched to Apple in 1998 and have been a loyal customer ever since with desktop, iPhone and iPad. The latter two now sit on a side table completely useless to me at the moment. My Android using friends upgrade and downgrade at will, and I am currently ‘borrowing’ a Samsung. With the new Mac Pro arriving at stuuupid money I feel my Apple affair is coming to an end and YES it will be Apple’s fault.

Your attitude is the same as Apple's. Zero empathy for the users of their system.

And I'm telling you this because....

if Apple had a little more empathy for their customer, you wouldn't have to be in this forum constantly telling people about what Apple is or is not obliged to do.

I'm not obliged to hold a door open for someone else, but I do it because I'm a decent person.

It cost nothing, and people remember you for it.

my son was very happy when he saw that his keyboard arrived but he noticed that there was no light on the mouse icon and when he saw that the keyboard didn’t work he cried a lot so please get the phone so he can play with the keyboard please

EVERY iOS UPDATE FROM apple is a TRAP after a long experience with them I guess now you all Know what I mean, don’t update unless u search about any traps don’t hear what apple says about the update It’s all lies, THEY NEVER MENTIONS REMOVING TOUCH SCREEN INTERFACE BLUETOOTH so go see the others what says and second thing I think it’s time to buy some new good gaming phones in the future like RED magic 5g or black shark it’s better than the war that apple makin against their customers and believe me we pay them a lot of money they don’t deserve, so we can buy the good other gaming phones with same prices with NO WARS

If iOS 13.5.1 and 13.5.5 till 14 still don’t fix G touch or mapping I will not update is just waste our time because I cannot Use this iPad for gaming , I bought iPad just for play game now it ruin everything, i hope you fix If not I switch to Android save some money to buy rog phone and red magic 5 that company care for gaming user

I don’t think it’s app developer’s problem. All devices that use screen touch stimulation via bluetooth and app aren’t working since update 13.4 . They are working on androids. Since there are many kids and people buying phones for gaming now , they will just update to android now or later instead to iphone 12. I think it is not small group of people :D.

So do I I have a flydigi gamepad controller for my phone and keyboard and mouse for my iPad Pro And since 13.4 I can no longer use them for my games please Apple you have a big line of customers that use third-party controllers and mouse and keyboard mapping tools it makes playing first person shooter so much more enjoyable and fun and from my understanding the only people that can use devices like that are android users like Samsung and so on I Really like your devices but Samsung phones are getting a lot more powerful and I would hate to go back to them because I’ve been with Apple for such a long time now but I feel you will lose a lot of customers over this

Apple sucks, I wish they can take My iPad pro and give me a refund because I was using it to play games and now it's a garbage without Bluetooth touch screen which apple stopped and all controllers and keyboard mouse devices devices which were using this service not working anymore. Apple is responsible for this not the app developers. App developers can't do anything if apple not allow Bluetooth to touch screen service to run..

I really want to use shooting plus v3 but apple has taken away the function.Apple,I hope you can hear us and can make a difference cause all your customers are asking for it and people depend on the apple company

Apple should fix this ASAP. It’s quarantine and a lot of people here bought their iPhones because it was good in gaming but now you disable support for controllers like iPega? Shame. You should fix this immediately.

Very bad moves was done by Apple. I throw my iPhone 11Pro max away. I am searching for a new phone now. I have been Apple guy since iPhone 3s. No it’s time to shift to Asus rog 3 pro which is way better than iPhone which will be released in July 27. And there are much better phones now like black shark 3 or red magic 3. You know I have never knew about those phone till you guys stopped this option for us.

Nevermind :) i really wanted to stick to apple iphones but i need to use my devices for gamming. Tell me what is the point of fastest chipset without gaming opportunities? An average smartphone can run most apps without effort. Gaming smartphones is different story. Btw about tablets, i don’t like them. I don’t just wanna play games with my fingers... i rather preffer smartphone or pc. But for smartphones to play, you need some custom controllers because u can’t really play any games without them. The best way for me is flydigi wasp 2+stingers and my hand on the right side. I don’t really wanna move my screen with co troller sticks that is why i love 3rd party controllers. How awesome is it?? You can customize it anyway you like and even use mouse and keyboard. It is big plus for abit disabled people too but recently not working...

i hope it will work with new ios realise.

I have been waiting months for Shooting plus to update. I even wrote thief support. They said that it was an Apple issue and until Apple fixes whatever it is, they can’t do anything. It was vague, and it irritates me cause no one knows what’s really going on!!!
