What is the difference between the regular Apple Watch Series 5 and the Apple Watch Nike Series 5?

What is the difference between the regular Apple Watch Series 5 and the Apple Watch Nike Series 5? Are the face and functions on the face the same, and the band it comes with the only different part? Also if I choose the nike one can I switch the bands out for other bands after purchase (like a leather one)? Or do only nike bands fit in the nike watch?
