Contacts emails going to junk folder.

I have 2 brothers who are both included in my Contacts, yet anytime they send me an email they go directly to Junk. I use bell south.net mail service on a Mac. I've tried everything on the internet to correct this problem, but to no avail. Someone plz help!

Probably because you said you have tried everything.


Are the mail headers light brown or plain?

If brown it will say "Mail thinks this is junk", and then you just need to mark them not junk.

If they are not brown then you need to sign into south.net account in Safari and adjust whatever junk filters or whitelists they provide.
