Lost WiFi/cellular after 13.4.1 Update

After latest software update, first generation iPad Pro has lost cellular and WiFi connectivity. I can see cellular signal strength but, it will not connect to internet. No WiFi signal at all. My iPhone finds both cellular and WiFi networks fully operational.

I have force quit and rebooted iPad x3.

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
