Can I save my photos?

I changed my password on my Iphone x and somehow forgot it, now the phone is completely disabled after several attempts, and I have to connect to itunes to reset. I'm gonna lose all my pictures and videos from Christmas because that was the last time I backed up my phone. Is there anything I can do to save the pictures and get into my phone.
