Importing mov files from After Effect Lower Third project.

How do you bring .mov files into Motion 5? I have some Lower Third files I have purchased from a site and I want to use them in some videos. They are written in After Effect, which I don't have. So I wanted to pull the .mov files and remake them adding the behaviors, etc. Any help appreciated.

Generally, you can import by using the 'import' function in the upper left menu, or by dragging media into the project, either to the layers panel or the canvas, directly from finder.
