Can't change music recommendations in Apple Music

Before someone says it, simply "liking" or "disliking" does not change the recommendations.

Once, as a joke, I played Hall & Oates for a friend. Now all Apple Music wants to play is Hall & Oates.

I have repeatedly disliked any and all horrible music that pops up in my feed, and it continues to suggest that I listen to Pearl Jam (I hate Pearl Jam...I don't even know why it suggests it. I have never listened to Pearl Jam.)

Not being able to reset this is a real problem.

(Again, do not suggest that I simply like or dislike songs/albums. It does not work. I know you want to believe that it does, but it doesn't.)
