Reset or Change iTune Music Tastes

Hello, I'm new to Apple and to iTunes. When I first launched iTunes, it asked me to select the music genres I like so it can begin suggesting to me recommended music. Now, that I've been in it a week, I realized that I made a horrible selection in that genre list and therefore the music selection recommendation is garbage (trash in, trash out).

Is there anyway to reset my selection or change it so the service will recommend songs/artists that I actually like?
