Is it possible to change the reverse or skip forward time button, the current format is 15 seconds backward and 15 seconds forward. It will be much more useful if I can change it to be 5 or 10 as I want. And I've known that Podcasts and Books app can change it, why not the media player?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand you are attempting to control the duration of time skipped while viewing a video in Safari.
These options would be determined by the site you are viewing the video on. You may also find an app in the macOS App Store that allows you to customize video settings.
