Problem with id apple

Hello I can't download some of my iPhone app because the id apple of my mother doesn't exist anymore. How can I delete this app e re-download again?

First, delete the apps according to:

How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

then download and install the apps according to:

Download apps and games from the App Store - Apple Support

Note: Apps bought under an Apple ID are forever tied to that Apple ID and cannot be transferred to another Apple ID. If these were not free apps, you will have to purchase them again under your Apple ID.
