iPhone XR randomly dims

I purchased this iPhone XR about half a year ago.

Software version is 13.3.1

Accessibility> Display & Text Size> Auto-Brightness is OFF

Accessibility> Face ID & Attention> Attention Aware features is OFF

Low Power Mode is OFF.

This happens while charging and while not plugged in. It happens when battery is full and when it’s not full.

I have gone through all the settings, there is no auto-brightness or any other setting that should be causing the phone to dim.

It happens several times a day. I’m not sure when it started probably a few months ago and has been occurring every single day.
