Problem with data transfer iOS 13.4

I started to setup my iPhone through the field suggestion to transfer data through the "Quick Start". When I got to the "Hey, Siri" setting, it worked on my old iPhone and the setting on the new iPhone stopped. Please fix in future firmware versions!
