Macbook Pro 15 2019 i9 Vega 20 crackling sound!

Hi, I have this machine with "crackling" problem, it seems was from first day when I bought this Mac, but I did not pay attention to this problem because generally used external speakers. Last time I use only speakers from MacBook almost every time and this flips began to worry me more and more, I hear it not only Safari when watch YouTube but often in QuickTime. This flips prevent me for comfortably using my device. What I already did: Reset SMC/Nvram, reinstall clear system, diagnostic ( press "D"). What you think this is warranty case ? I don't want play "ping pong" with tech care Apple. MacBook Pro bought 09.2019 I have short video for exemple

about my 15 inch 2019, read about temporary solution: change 44.100 Hz on 48.000 Hz, after this not hear crackling, but as running Logic, it every time automatic reset to 44.100 Hz....And than again I must go to midi setup change it...... Its a bad solution for me,

I planning visit apple service, but I m not sure to get some solution from them because read about expierence some users 16/15 inch models ... I don't know about my next steps .....But its big trouble for me...

I have the exact same model and i am experiencing this issue from day 1, although in my case it's a high pitched sound coming from the right speaker. I have been playing that "ping pong" for about 2 months with no luck. This is a common issue an all units that Apple has not addressed. I never use the internal speakers because of this issue and it's a shame for a 4500$ laptop.
