Emoji as Question mark

I’m using iPhone 5s and having latest version of os(12.4.6) but some emojis are visible only as question mark. Any possibility to solve this problem?

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

It's because iOS 13 has some new emojis that your phone on iOS 12 won't have so they will show up as question marks when sent to you.

But when the emojis are send from android also shows the same

That would also be because your phone isn't recognizing the emojis that are sent.
