warning message

Received a message from apple that it would be updating overnight, this morning I have warning message which goes as follows

"DiskUtil" will damage your computer. You should remove it to the bin.

I then have the options - Move to Bin / Cancel

No matter what I select this warning message stays on front screen

I have been getting this message since I updated my laptop "helpermcp will damage your computer." I have been getting this message since I updated my laptop "helpermcp will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash. But I can't move it to trash nor can I cancel it. Both options doesn't respond whenever I tried. Please how can I get rid of this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
